Best for: the first days of your period, when you want warmth and something quiet to hold.

Some days your body asks you to slow down, and a good cup of tea is reason enough to listen. Moontime Comfort is the blend for the first days of your period: soft raspberry leaf and calming lemon balm to soothe and settle, with a gentle ginger warmth that eases in slowly. Naturally sweet, caffeine-free, and easy to reach for more than once a day, it turns a few quiet minutes into a ritual you actually look forward to.

  • A smooth, herbaceous cup with a light citrus lift and a soft ginger finish.

  • Soothing and warming, made for the days you want to be gentle with yourself.

  • Naturally sweet from raspberry leaf, with no sugar or flavouring added.

  • Caffeine-free, so it's as welcome at midnight as it is at noon.

Red Raspberry Leaf
(Rubus idaeus)

One of our four Mother Herbs, with a long history in women's herbal traditions as a uterine tonic.

Lemon Balm
(Melissa officinalis)

A softly aromatic herb, enjoyed for its calming character. Adds the light citrus note to the cup.

Ginger Root
(Zingiber officinale)

A warming root used during menstruation. Brings gentle spice and comforting heat.

Raspberry leaf carries a long history in women's herbal traditions. The two supporting herbs also have research behind them: a 2015 systematic review of randomized trials found that oral ginger eased menstrual discomfort more than placebo, and lemon balm has been studied in randomized trials for premenstrual symptoms and quality of life. Traditional where we say traditional, studied where we can point to the study.

Origin

Whole-leaf botanicals from Canadian suppliers we choose for quality, certified organic herbs wherever we can get it. We prioritize sourcing partnerships that are transparent, ethical, and sustainable.

How to steep

1 to 2 teaspoons per cup. Water just off the boil. Cover and steep 10 to 15 minutes. Covering keeps the aromatic oils in your cup rather than in the air. Stronger or milder to taste, warm or over ice.
A gentle note: If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, please talk with your healthcare provider before drinking any tea, as some herbs may have specific clinical considerations or drug interactions. Our teas are made for general wellness, not medical treatment. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do I have to track my cycle to enjoy this tea?

Not at all. It's still a delightfully good cup on its own. The phase pairing is there when you want it, never homework.

Does it contain caffeine?

No. Every Aniibiish blend is caffeine-free.

How do I choose the right blend?

You can choose by taste, by ritual, or by where you are in your cycle. Each blend is made with a different intention, from grounding and comfort to nourishment and renewal, so you can follow the kit as a full regimen or reach for the tea that feels right that day.

How often should I drink Aniibiish teas?

Aniibiish teas are made for regular ritual, not urgency. Enjoy one cup when you want a moment of care, or build them into your daily routine for a more consistent monthly practice.

The knowledge was always here
